I think Slingshots are legally motorcycles here, however, so the owners still have to wear helmets. it's really quite hilarious, especially when the Weekend Hog Club rolls through with Harley-Davidson everything and you realize they've all been working at the CRA for thirty years as bureaucrats. There's absolutely nothing wrong about enjoying what you like and having a good time, but I feel the average 8 year old in a superhero costume is more honest about who they are.

My CM450 in Canada has regular handle bars - aka normal. Speedo is in kilometers and goes to 160 or 100 mph. Fun to ride, starts every time and just does everything well. Cut the baffles to shorten and brings out a nice sound. For an old guy to get back into riding, it works.

I live in a tourist town and there's a place that rents these out. So they're kinda like those 50cc scooters on the islands. We also seem to have an annual get together involving these and Can Am Spyders and Harley trikes. Must be at least a few dozen of them? IDK
